Eco Oro Announces Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
VANCOUVER, May 13, 2013 /CNW/ - Eco Oro Minerals Corp. ("Eco Oro" or the "Company") (TSX: EOM) announces that all resolutions presented at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on May 10, 2013 were approved by the shareholders, including the election of the directors nominated by management.
