("Eco Oro" or the "Company") (TSX: EOM) is pleased to report that based on the latest report provided by the Company's proxy solicitor relying on information from shareholder intermediaries, shareholders representing over 50% of the issued and outstanding shares of the Company have voted FOR the election of all six highly qualified management nominees for the board of directors of Eco Oro (the "Board"), in connection with the annual general and special meeting of Eco Oro shareholders scheduled for April 25, 2017.
