WATERLOO, ON, May 8, 2017 /CNW/ - Economical Mutual Insurance Company today announced that John Bowey (Board Chair), Elizabeth DelBianco, Barbara Fraser, and Rowan Saunders (President and Chief Executive Officer) have been elected to the Board of Directors of Economical Mutual Insurance Company for a three-year term of office ending at the close of the annual meeting in 2020.
Their nominations were listed in the 2017 management proxy circular, dated April 10, 2017, relating to the company's annual meeting held today in Kitchener, Ontario. The votes were conducted by a show of hands.
