REGINA, March 16, 2015 /CNW/ - Information Services Corporation (TSX:ISV) ("ISC" or the "Company"), announced that, by mutual agreement between the Company and OneMove Technologies Inc., OneMove Online Systems Inc. and related parties, (collectively "OneMove"), the sale by OneMove and purchase by ISC of the econveyance™ business, as previously announced, is not proceeding. Consistent with this, OneMove and the Company have signed a mutual release and termination agreement.
