Ecosse Energy Corp. announces filing of financial statements and related
documents
CALGARY, May 31 /CNW/ - Ecosse Energy Corp. (CNSX: ECS) (the "Company"), a company focused on oil and gas exploration and production in Indonesia, is providing this news release in accordance with National Policy 12-203 - Cease Trade Orders for Continuous Disclosure Defaults ("NP 12-203"). In its news release dated May 5, 2010 (the "Default Notice"), the Company announced that it was not able to file its comparative audited annual financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2009 on or before the prescribed deadline of April 30, 2010.
The Company announces that it has filed its audited financial statements and management discussion & analysis (MD&A) for the year ended December 31, 2009, along with the CEO and CFO certificates, and the Oil and Gas disclosure forms 51-101F1 and 51-101F3, curing default in its regulatory filings. Ecosse also announces filing of its March 31, 2010 unaudited quarterly financial statements, MD&A, and CEO and CFO certificates. Ecosse retained the services of John Scholz, C.A. to act as auditor to complete the filings.
