EcoSynthetix Reports Results of Director Election

BURLINGTON, ON, May 15, 2013 /CNW/ - EcoSynthetix Inc. ("EcoSynthetix" or the "Company"), a renewable chemicals company that produces a family of commercially proven bio-based products, its annual and special meeting of shareholders on May 8, 2013.  All of the nominees proposed as Directors of the Board in the Company's Management Information Circular, dated April 1, 2013, were elected.

David W. Colcleugh was elected to the Board of Directors with 29,231,139 (96.5%) votes; John van Leeuwen received 30,050,177 (99.2%) votes; John E. Barker received 30,050,177 (99.2%) votes; John Varghese received 30,050,177 (99.2%) votes; and Dr. Arthur Carty received 29,331,737 (96.8%) votes.
