EcoSynthetix Reports Results of Director Election

BURLINGTON, ON, May 23, 2014 /CNW/ - EcoSynthetix Inc. ("EcoSynthetix" or the "Company"), a renewable chemicals company that produces a family of commercially proven bio-based products, held its annual and special meeting of shareholders on May 22, 2014.  All of the nominees proposed as Directors of the Board in the Company's Management Information Circular, dated April 16, 2014, were elected.

David W. Colcleugh was elected to the Board of Directors with 33,244,070 (98.94%) votes; John van Leeuwen received 33,592,593 (99.98%) votes; John E. Barker received 33,592,761 (99.98%) votes; John Varghese received 33,595,091 (99.99%) votes; and Dr. Arthur Carty received 33,330,268 (99.20%) votes.
