Edleun Group, Inc. announces grant of stock options to an officer of the Corporation
CALGARY, July 12, 2012 /CNW/ - Edleun Group, Inc. (TSX-V:EDU) (the "Corporation"), the leading provider of quality early childhood education and care in Canada, announced today that it has granted 750,000 options with an effective date of July 4, 2012 to Ms. Mary Ann Curran, the Company's Chief Executive Officer. The exercise price of the options is $1.10.
Each stock option entitles the holder thereof to acquire one common share of the Corporation. The stock options vest as to one third (1/3) on July 4, 2013, one third (1/3) on July 4, 2014, and one third (1/3) on July 4, 2015. The options expire five years from the date of grant.
