Educators Financial Group announces re-filing of interim financial statements

TORONTO, Nov. 20, 2014 /CNW/ - Educators Financial Group Inc., the manager of the Educators Balanced Fund, Educators Bond Fund, Educators North American Diversified Fund, Educators Dividend Fund, Educators Growth Fund, Educators Monthly Income Fund, Educators Money Market Fund and Educators Mortgage & Income Fund (the Funds) announces that it has re-filed the interim financial statements of the Funds for the six month period ended June 30, 2014 in order to indicate that such financial statements have been prepared by Management and approved by the Board of Directors of Educators Financial Group, but that the Funds' independent auditors have not performed a review of these financial statements, in accordance with the standards established by the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada for a review of interim financial statements by an entity's auditor.
