TORONTO, Oct. 24, 2014 /CNW/ - After recently receiving two silver trophies at the W3 Awards in New York, the EduLulu promotional video has just been nominated for the 2014 Digi Awards' Video Marketing and Advertising award. This promotional video was broadcast on large French and English networks across Canada and is competing against large Canadian companies. The award ceremony will be held in Toronto on November 11, 2014.
"It's quite an honour for TFO to be acknowledged by the Digi Awards for its digital creation work and internally produced promotional material. This nomination also demonstrates the relevance of this tool, which was developed to guide parents and educators in their choice of educational applications," stated Pascal Arseneau, Chief Marketing Officer at Groupe Média TFO. "These prizes are a testament to the creativity of the craftsmen at TFO."
Last April, TFO launched EduLulu.org, a web application aimed at parents and educators to help them make informed choices among the vast selection of available apps. In order to promote the guide, TFO undertook many marketing initiatives like the promotional video in order to allow potential audiences to discover this first public service, which has quickly become a Canadian reference in educational applications for 2- to 17-year-olds.
With this new nomination, Groupe Média TFO consolidates its expertise as a leader in the development of educational content and services for children by providing them with an independent resource that allows them to choose the best educational applications on the Canadian market.
