Edward Jones Ranks Highest Among Full Service Investment Firms in Canada for the Third Year in a Row, according to J.D. Power

MISSISSAUGA, ON, Aug. 21, 2015 /CNW/ - For the third consecutive year, Edward Jones ranks highest in investor satisfaction with full service brokerage firms, according to the J.D. Power 2015 Canadian Full Service Investor Satisfaction Study^SM, released August 20, 2015.

The study measures overall client satisfaction with full-service investment firms based on a number of performance factors. With a score of 804, Edward Jones scored well over the industry average of 764. In addition to the highest score in overall satisfaction, Edward Jones also scored particularly well in three performance factors: Investment Advisor, Investment Performance, and Product Offerings.
