Edward Jones Ranks Highest among Full-Service Investment Firms in Canada Second Year in a Row, According to J.D. Power

MISSISSAUGA, ON, Aug. 25, 2014 /CNW/ - For the second consecutive year, Edward Jones ranks "Highest in Investor Satisfaction with Full-Service Brokerage Firms", according to the J.D. Power 2014 Canadian Full Service Investor Satisfaction Study^SM, released today.

The study measures overall client satisfaction with full-service investment firms based on a number of performance factors. Not only did Edward Jones score 791 over the industry average of 755, they also scored particularly well in four of the six performance factors: Investment Advisor, Investment Performance, Account Offerings and Commissions and Fees.
