MONTREAL, Jan. 23, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - Connection Events is proud to launch the brand new international business convention for the visual effects (VFX) and animation sector. effects MTL will take place at the Mont-Royal Centre next June 10 -11th.

effects MTL will present four main components focused around business development. An expo zone will include a job fair as well as many animations. The conference will offer more than 30 sessions selected by an international advisory board. A business lounge will be dedicated to business development including the possibility to meet with international buyers thanks to an online matchmaking application. Many networking opportunities will help to strengthen professional relationships within special events.
Call for speakers has begun for effects MTL 2015: the best industry experts across the world are now invited to submit their applications on www.effectsmtl.com. Talks, panels, demos, etc. are on the agenda. The four main conference's tracks will be: Art, Techno, VFX, and Business/Production.
