EF's Christmas Gift: Win a Weekend Trip and Meet Shakira
ZURICH, Dec. 10 /CNW/ - "We wanted to do something special for Christmas and the winter holidays this year," says Mats Ulenius, Marketing Director at EF Education First. "As the world's largest study abroad organization, we will offer young people the chance to win an unforgettable trip abroad. The best thing of all is they'll get to meet Shakira. She is a fantastic role model for our students; she grew up in Colombia and has become a truly global superstar, singing in Spanish and English, and is also a leading advocate for Universal Access to Education," he adds.

Grammy award winner Shakira, who has sold close to 50 million albums over the course of her career, just launched her ninth album "Sale el sol", which comes on the heels of her worldwide smash "Waka Waka" and her latest single, "Loca".
The five competition winners will fly to meet Shakira as a part of an EF weekend trip. The exact destination will be decided early 2011. And when the winners get back home, EF is offering each of them a DJ party for all of their friends to share their experiences from the trip.
The competition also includes a Christmas calendar with daily prizes related to Shakira. Participants should sign up at http://www.ef.com/shakira - with a bit of luck, they will soon have the opportunity to meet their idol Shakira.
