EGI Financial Declares Quarterly Common Shareholder Dividend

TORONTO, Dec. 3, 2013 /CNW/ - EGI Financial Holdings Inc. ("EGI") (TSX: EFH) today announced it has declared a dividend of $0.10 per common share payable on January 2, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 12, 2013. EGI intends to pay dividends quarterly.

The dividend is designated as an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
