Morneau Shepell wins gold, silver and finalist positions in various categories at the 18th Annual Healthcare Internet Conference
TORONTO, Nov. 19, 2014 /CNW/ - Morneau Shepell was recognized during a special awards presentation at the 18th Annual Healthcare Internet Conference held November 3-5, 2014 in Scottsdale, AZ. The 2014 eHealthcare Leadership Awards, presented by Health Care Communications, honoured Morneau Shepell in the following three categories: Best Overall Internet Site, eHealth Organizational Commitment and Best Social Networking.
Morneau Shepell took home gold for Best Overall Internet Site in the "other healthcare sites" category for workhealthlife.com. The website provides wellness solutions and access to Employee and Family Assistance Program support services to help resolve challenges with work, health or life. The website was also a finalist in the category eHealth Organizational Commitment, recognizing Morneau Shepell's dedication to providing innovative solutions to health and wellness.

The eHealthcare Leadership Awards received more than 1,000 entries from a wide range of healthcare organizations within 17 different classifications, in which organizations competed against others of comparable size, type and resources. A panel of 114 experts familiar with healthcare and the Internet evaluated each entry; websites were rated based on a standard of Internet excellence and how they compared with others in their group classification. Award winners will be published in the December 2014 issue of eHealthcare Strategy & Trends.
