EHT Announces Management Changes

• James Kerr ceases to hold the office of Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
  
  
• David Prue appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

TORONTO, Oct. 28, 2015 /CNW/ - EnerDynamic Hybrid Technologies Corp. ("EHT" or the "Company") (TSX-V: EHT) announces that, effective as of the 28^th day of October, 2015, Mr. James Kerr ceases to hold the office of Chief Financial Officer of the Company and Mr. David Prue has been appointed as the interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Management changes continue, in part, as a result of operational restructuring of EHT in connection with the recent changes in the Company's management and board strategies.

Mr. Eder, the Company's recently appointed Chief Executive Officer comments, "We thank Mr. Kerr for his service and contribution to EHT and wish him well in all his future endeavors."

Mr. Prue brings extensive knowledge of the Company and the solar industry having been the Chief Financial Officer of OSM Solarform Corp. Mr. Prue guided the audit and filing statement processes in connection with the Company's Qualifying Transaction, as defined in Policy 2.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Prue brings over 20 years of experience in financial management and governance, including experience as the founding Chief Financial Officer and director of Forterra Environmental Corp. ("Forterra"), a publicly traded company. Mr. Prue headed the transition to reporting issuer status of Forterra and has held various financial positions with public and private companies including through his financial consulting firm.

Mr. Eder indicated that "Mr. Prue was uniquely qualified to take the interim title based on his strong background and we anticipate that our search to fill the CFO position on a long term basis should be completed in the near term."

The appointment of Mr. Prue is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
