The online platform also allows employees to set individual and team goals; track steps, calories, diet and weight; and obtain expert advice through motivational messages, a library of articles with health tips.
"It's fantastic to have Morneau Shepell as the Mental Health Partner of the Canadian Olympic Team," said Chris Overholt, Chief Executive Officer, Canadian Olympic Committee. "Not only is Getting to Your Gold™ important for employees, but it also provides incredible opportunities for Olympians to have first-hand exposure to business experiences outside of their career in competitive sport."
Morneau Shepell also announced today that it is providing the Getting to Your Gold™ program to the CAA South Central Ontario (CAA SCO), which officially launched the program to its employees on June 22, 2016.
"We are excited to be the first company to use Getting to Your Gold™, the program complements our existing wellness efforts quite nicely," said Mary Duncan, Vice President, Human Resources, CAA SCO. "With our employees already so engaged in improving their health and well-being, Getting to Your Gold™ is the natural next step in helping us reach our professional and personal goals."
