ELSE NUTRITION COMPLETES US$350,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT

VANCOUVER, BC, Feb. 6, 2025 /CNW/ - ELSE NUTRITION HOLDINGS INC. (TSX: BABY) (OTCQX: BABYF) (FSE: 0YL) ("Else" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has completed a private placement of  14,737,510 common shares at a price of US$0.0238 per common share for gross proceeds of US$350,752.74 (the "Offering"). The Offering was purchased by a single individual purchaser. 

The Company expects to use the proceeds from the Offering to pay amounts owing to certain creditors of the Company.
