EmberClear Corp. Announces Third Quarter 2012 Results
CALGARY, May 30, 2012 /CNW/ - EmberClear Corp. (TSXV: EMB) ("EMB" or "EmberClear") today announced its unaudited financial results for the three and nine month periods ended March 31, 2012.
EMB's net loss for the nine month period, including discontinued operations, increased 221% to $6,095,434 from a net income of $2,756,307 for the same period in the prior year. For the three month period, the loss was $2,108,417 compared to a loss of $3,174,015 for the same three months in the prior year.
As of March 31, 2012 the cash position of the company was $2,291,779 with working capital of $1,523,299 compared to working capital of $9,251,229 at June 30, 2011.
