Empire Communities' Design Series Takes Homeowners Through the Home Design Process with figure3
VAUGHAN, ON, April 9, 2019 /CNW/ - Empire Communities, one of North America's largest homebuilders, is bringing homeowners a behind-the-scenes look into their Legacy community in Thorold, Ontario through Season 2 of the Love Design, Live Empire design series. In partnership with renowned Toronto interior design firm figure3 and Principal Dominic De Freitas, the 4-episode video series goes inside the home design process providing design ideas, style guides and expert tips for homebuyers.
"We wanted to take this season one step further by pulling back the curtain on the design process and bringing viewers on the journey with us," says Sue MacKay, VP of Marketing at Empire Communities. "From the early stages of conceptualization, to picking finishes at the Decor Centre, to eventually touring the completed homes, we wanted to show homeowners how much time and effort goes into every one of our model homes, and how they can be inspired to style their own homes."
Filmed on location at four new model homes at Legacy in Thorold, each model home has its own distinct personality and style, from Shabby Chic to Modern Scandi and Manor Estate to Industrial Ranch. Design enthusiasts can subscribe to the series to receive new episodes every week, along with style guides and expert tips to help bring their vision of home to life.
"With Legacy, we intensely studied the demographic of the Niagara market. There is so much personality in the region and wine country, we wanted to ensure each of the four model homes we designed spoke to that personality in their own unique way," says figure3 Principal, Dominic De Freitas.
