Empire Communities Reveals Brand New Homes Redesigned for Today's Homebuyer

The homebuilder has redesigned their floorplan offering with today's homebuyer in mind in three distinct collections; the Woodland Collection, the Modern Collection and the Gemstone Collection.

The Woodland Collection takes on a fresh, modern farmhouse aesthetic, the Modern Collection uses mixed materiality and loft-style features, and the Gemstone Collection features a collection of heritage-inspired homes with brick facades and classic architectural designs.
These redesigned homes include sleek exterior designs and updated aesthetic features like black frame windows, premier darker colours, modern outdoor light fixtures and stylish garage doors. Not only have the outside of the homes changed, Empire is offering updated interior features at no additional cost on all detached and townhomes, such as 9 ft main floor ceilings, hardwood flooring on the main floor and oak staircases from the main to second floors.
This new collection of homes will be available starting March 2, 2019 as a new release at the Empire Avalon community in Caledonia, and will then be offered at select communities across Southwestern Ontario later this year.
