Empire Communities Takes Home Three Awards at the 39th BILD Awards
VAUGHAN, ON, May 9, 2019 /CNW/ - Empire Communities, one of North America's largest homebuilders, is celebrating three award wins for their marketing efforts at the 39th Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD) Awards that took place on May 3rd. Empire Phoenix, Empire's newest South Etobicoke condo, was honoured with Best Short Video, Best Marketing Innovation, and a pinnacle award for Best Overall Marketing Campaign.
Designed with millennials and first-time homebuyers in mind, Empire Phoenix's marketing campaign strived to connect with this group on a personal and relatable level. Empire's concept was anchored around the idea of "adulting" – the tasks, responsibilities and behaviours traditionally associated with growing up and identifying as an adult. The objective was to provide an opportunity for first-time homebuyers to gain their independence and enter into the real estate market through a community with high value and surrounded by like-minded people, while still being price conscious.
