OTTAWA, May 19, 2015 /CNW/ - The Honourable Alice Wong, Minister of State (Seniors), along with the Honourable Shirley Bond, British Columbia Minister of Jobs, Tourism and Skills Training and Minister Responsible for Labour, will recognize Seaspan's Vancouver Shipyards as one of the many British Columbia businesses to receive a Canada Job Grant.
Andrew Saxton, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Finance and Member of Parliament for North Vancouver, will accompany Minister Wong. Honourable Naomi Yamamoto, Minister of State for Tourism and Small Business and MLA for North Vancouver–Lonsdale will also be present. The announcement will be made on behalf of the Honourable Pierre Poilievre, Minister of Employment and Social Development.
