Enablence Technologies Prices Equity Financing

OTTAWA, Nov. 23 /CNW/ - Enablence Technologies Inc. ("Enablence" or the "Company") (TSX-V: ENA) announces that, further to its press release on November 22, 2010 announcing a best efforts offering of common shares (the "Offering"), it has priced the Offering at $0.58 per common share.
The net proceeds from the Offering will be used for general corporate and working capital purposes, as more particularly set out in the Company's preliminary short form prospectus dated November 22, 2010.
The Offering is scheduled to close on or about December 6, 2010 and is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary approvals, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
