Encanto Potash Corp. announces non brokered private placement

VANCOUVER , Nov. 10 /CNW/ - Encanto Potash Corp. ("Encanto" or the "Company") is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement of up to 4,762,000 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.21 per unit to raise gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000 CAD for working capital purposes.

Each Unit will consist of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole share purchase warrant shall be exercisable to acquire one common share of the Company at a price of $0.35 for a period of 24 months from the closing of the private placement.
