MONTREAL, May 22, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - McMahon Distributeur pharmaceutique inc., a susbsidiary of Metro Inc., is pleased to announce that its Montreal distribution centre's unionized employees, represented by the Teamsters Québec, local 1999, have accepted the conciliator's recommendation, effectively ending the strike that started on May 6. Normal operations will resume on Sunday, May 24.
The new collective agreement will be in effect for the next seven years and will allow the company to meet its clients and its employees' needs.
