BURLINGTON, ON, Dec. 22, 2015 /CNW/ - Endress+Hauser Canada has made a contribution of $263,000 to the Instrumentation & Control Engineering Technology program at Lambton College in Sarnia, Ontario, the company announced.
The donation, comprised of a wide range of industrial measurement devices, will provide students with access to some of the most sophisticated instruments available in process industries, ensuring they gain critical hands-on experience while they prepare to enter challenging careers in the Canadian workforce. Canada's leading process measurement and automation supplier will provide and install the latest instruments for the measurement of flow, level, pressure and temperature in Lambton's Instrumentation & Control Engineering laboratory.
"In keeping with Endress+Hauser's continuous support of educational institutions, we are pleased to offer Lambton College students the best possible preparation in order to join the workforce in Sarnia, and across Canada," said Tony Varga, general manager and CEO of Endress+Hauser Canada.
