Enerflex Suspends Operation of Distribution Reinvestment Plan

CALGARY , Dec. 23 /CNW/ - Enerflex Systems Income Fund ("Enerflex") (TSX:EFX.UN) announces that in light of the entering into of the previously announced support agreement dated December 17, 2009 among Enerflex, Enerflex Holdings General Partner Ltd., Enerflex Holdings Limited Partnership and Toromont Industries Ltd., Enerflex has determined to suspend, effective immediately, the operation of its distribution reinvestment plan ("DRIP"). As a result, the previously declared distribution of C$0.30 per trust unit which will be paid on January 15, 2010 to unitholders of record on December 31, 2009 , will not be eligible for reinvestment pursuant to the DRIP.
