MONTRÉAL, April 28, 2016 /CNW/ - The decision of the IIROC Hearing Panel dated February 23, 2016, ordering the immediate suspension of Paul David Azeff and Korin David Bobrow, was the object of an application for stay of execution before the Bureau de décision et de révision (the Bureau) on March 10 and 11, 2016.
In its decision handed down on April 8, 2016, the Bureau dismisses Mr. Azeff and Mr. Bobrow's application to stay the execution of the decision rendered in their regard by the Hearing Panel of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) on February 23, 2016, until final judgment on the merits is rendered on their application for review of this decision.
