Enforcement Notice Hearing - IIROC Hearing Panel to Hear Motion in the Matter of Vancouver Investment Advisor Dwight Cameron Mann
VANCOUVER, Aug. 14, 2019 /CNW/ - A motion has been scheduled before a Hearing Panel of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) in the matter of Dwight Cameron Mann.
The motion is being brought by Mr. Mann who is seeking to strike one paragraph of the Statement of Allegations as unnecessary, and in the alternative, that the Chair of the Hearing Panel recuses himself from the Hearing of this matter.
The motion is open to the public, unless the Hearing Panel orders otherwise. The decision of the Hearing Panel will be made available at www.iiroc.ca.
