HALIFAX, NS, June 30, 2020 /CNW/ - A penalty hearing has been scheduled before a Hearing Panel of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) in the matter of Shirley Locke.
The Hearing Panel will consider the penalty to be imposed as a result of their liability decision dated May 28, 2020.

IIROC formally initiated the investigation into Ms. Locke's conduct in May 2017. The alleged violations occurred while she was a Registered Representative with National Bank Financial Inc., Industrial Alliance Securities Inc. and Aligned Capital Partners Inc., all IIROC-regulated firms. Ms. Locke is currently employed with Aligned Capital Partners Inc.
The penalty hearing is open to the public, unless the Hearing Panel orders otherwise. The decision of the Hearing Panel will be made available at www.iiroc.ca.
Hearing Date: The hearing will be held by way of videoconference on Monday, July 20, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Atlantic Standard Time.
