TORONTO, July 6, 2022 /CNW/ - On February 2, 2021, Alvin Rupert Jones filed a Request for a Hearing and Review with the Ontario Securities Commission seeking a review of an IIROC Hearing Panel decision on penalty dated December 10, 2020. On June 29, 2022, Mr. Jones filed a Notice of Withdrawal to withdraw his Application for a Hearing and Review.
