ENPAR ANNOUNCES GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS

GUELPH, ON, Sept. 28 /CNW/ - ENPAR Technologies Inc. (TSX-V: "ENP"), announces that the Board of Directors has granted 500,000 incentive stock options to two consultants. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.20 for a period of three years from the date of grant.

The grants are subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
