ENPAR Technologies Inc. - Repricing of stock options

GUELPH, ON, May 5 /CNW/ - ENPAR Technologies Inc. ("ENPAR" or "the Company") (TSX-V: ENP) announces the repricing of stock options. Subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSX-V"), outstanding stock options for the purchase of an aggregate of 2,506,665 common shares of the Company having exercise prices between $0.40 and $0.46 per share and expiry dates in 2012 or 2013 have been repriced to the exercise price of $0.20 per share. Pursuant to the policies of the TSX-V, all repriced options will be subject to disinterested Shareholder approval at the Company's 2009 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the "Shareholders' Meeting") scheduled for June 4, 2010. None of the repriced options may be exercised at the amended exercise price pending TSX-V acceptance of the stock option repricing.
