TORONTO, Dec. 14, 2016 /CNW/ - The Board of Directors of the Education Quality and Accountability Office (EQAO) has appointed Dr. Richard Jones as the agency's Interim Chief Executive Officer.
Dr. Jones currently holds the position of Director of Assessment at EQAO. He has worked in the field of large-scale student assessment for three decades, and he joined EQAO when the agency was first established in 1996. Prior to EQAO, he worked at the Saskatchewan Department of Education and the British Columbia Ministry of Education, and he has held a variety of teaching positions.
