Equinox to declare offer for Citadel unconditional
TORONTO, ON (Canada) and SYDNEY (Australia), Dec. 16 /CNW/ - Equinox Minerals Limited (TSX and ASX: EQN) ("Equinox" or the "Company") announced today that it has a relevant interest in Citadel Resource Group Limited ("Citadel") of 56% and that it intends to declare its recommended takeover offer for Citadel (the "Offer") free of all defeating conditions upon filing of the relevant documentation with the Australian Stock Exchange on December 17, 2010.
