TORONTO, May 25, 2017 /CNW/ - Equity Financial Holdings Inc. (the "Company") (TSX: EQI) announces the results of its 2016 annual meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") held in Toronto, Ontario on May 25, 2017.
At the Meeting, all director nominees listed in the Company's management information circular dated April 18, 2017 were elected as directors of the Company. The detailed results of the vote by ballot are as follows:
