EDMONTON, April 23, 2018 /CNW/ - On April 22, 2018 at approximately 11:30 p.m. staff members at the Buffalo Sage Wellness House, a facility managed by Native Counselling Services of Alberta (NCSA), observed Tara Hobson and Stacy Jack leaving the property.
The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) immediately contacted the Edmonton Police Service and a warrant for their arrest has been issued.
Tara Lynn Hobson is 30 years old, measures 168 cm (5'6") in height and weighs 73 kg (161 lbs). She has a medium complexion, brown eyes and brown hair. She is currently serving a sentence of 6 years, 6 months, 24 days for Robbery –Use of Firearm, Assault, Fail to Comply With Conditions of an Undertaking or Recognizance, Fail to Comply With a Probation Order, Break Enter and Commit.
Stacy Elaine Jack is 25 years old, measures 168 cm (5'6") in height and weighs 82 kg (181 lbs). She has a medium complexion, brown eyes and brown hair. She is currently serving a sentence of 2 years for Break Enter and Commit.
Anyone who has information on the whereabouts of Tara Lynn Hobson or Stacy Elaine Jack is asked to contact police.
CSC and NCSA will investigate the circumstances of this incident and is working with the police to locate the offenders as quickly as possible.
CSC has given the police all of the information available to help arrest the inmates.
