ESI and Citadel announce Dismissal of Complaint

BURNABY, BC, Dec. 16 /CNW/ - ESI Entertainment Systems Inc. ("ESI" or the "Company") (CNSX:ESY), and its wholly owned subsidiary, Citadel Commerce Corp, announce that the Deferred Prosecution Agreement ("DPA") entered into effective June 3, 2008 with the US Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York has expired as scheduled.

The Company has received a copy of the Nolle Prosequi filed by the US Attorney's Office, which disposes of the prosecution in its entirety. The Company has complied with all terms of the DPA without exception, and will no longer be subject to oversight by the independent Monitor that was appointed pursuant to the DPA.
