ESI Renegotiates Terms of US$ 2 Million Loan

BURNABY, BC, Dec. 22 /CNW/ - ESI Entertainment Systems Inc. ("ESI" or the "Company") (CNSX:ESY) is pleased to announce that the terms of its outstanding US$ 2 million loan agreement have been amended.

Under the amended terms, ESI will make regular monthly payments against the interest owed and repayment of the principal will occur on April 1st, 2010 .

Chief Executive Officer Tony Greening commented: "We appreciate the Lender's continued support of the Company by amending the terms of the loan. The modified repayment provisions for the loan, together with our recent growth in revenues should ensure the long term viability of our group of companies".
