ESI to Divest its ESI Integrity Inc Subsidiary - update

BURNABY, BC, Nov. 13 /CNW/ - ESI Entertainment Systems Inc. ("ESI" or the "Company") (CNSX:ESY) has extended the Closing date for the sale of its wholly owned subsidiary ESI Integrity Inc to Insight ID Inc of Mississauga to December 11, 2009 . All other terms, including satisfaction or waiver of all preconditions to closing remain unchanged.
