(Power & Tel) - it has installed Espial MediaBase at four new US customer locations. LeRu Telephone, Granby Telephone, Seneca Telephone and McDonald County Telephone are each using the Espial MediaBase Video-on-Demand (VOD) platform to provide on demand TV services to their subscribers.
