Strahan McCarten joins eStruxture Management team as Senior Vice President, Product & Strategy
MONTREAL, July 19, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - eStruxture Data Centers Inc., a new network and cloud-neutral data center operator based in Montréal, announced today that Strahan McCarten has joined the management team as Senior Vice President, Product & Strategy. Strahan will be responsible for eStruxture's sales, marketing and product strategy, and will add over 20 years of leadership experience in IT services & mission critical data center to the team at eStruxture.
Prior to joining eStruxture, Strahan was the Senior Vice President of Product & Strategy at Q9, a pan-Canadian data center provider that recently was purchased by Bell Canada. Before Q9, Strahan was the Vice President of Marketing & Product Development for Scalar Decisions. Strahan has also held senior leadership positions in the Hosting & Cloud Computing practice Bell Canada, as well as management consulting and hands on IT services delivery roles. A respected cloud and IT infrastructure expert, Strahan has written several articles on Cloud Computing and spoken frequently at vendor and analyst conferences. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Toronto Public Library, North America's largest Public Library system.
