Event Advisory - Glorious and Free? Canada in 2017
TORONTO, Sept. 26, 2017 /CNW/ - PEN Canada presents Glorious and Free? Canada in 2017 on October 20 at at the International Festival of Authors, in partnership with the Glorious and Free Foundation.
The 150th anniversary of Canada's confederation presents an opportunity to celebrate and reflect. PEN Canada and the Glorious & Free Foundation host Jesse Wente, Desmond Cole, Rachel Giese, and moderator Jesse Brown in a discussion on the values and freedoms considered foundational to our country.
Tickets are $18, $15 for PEN Canada and IFOA members, and free for students and youth. Tickets can be purchased online at ifoa.org/events/glorious-free-canada-2017 or by calling the IFOA box office at 416-973-4000.
