Evergreen Pacific Insurance Corporation Enters Joint Venture Partnership for Private Label Health and Wellness Products

TORONTO, Sept. 27, 2018 /CNW/ - Evergreen Pacific Insurance Corporation ("Evergreen Pacific") announces it has signed a Letter of Intent with Anahit International Corp. ("Anahit") to form a joint venture partnership (the "Partnership") for select international markets exclusively on Evergreen Pacific's BuyWell.com ecosystem, which is comprised of educational, clinical and e-commerce marketplace elements focused on making health and wellness products and services affordable and accessible to patients. Evergreen Pacific will also rely upon Anahit to formulate and to manufacture private label cannabinoid-infused products for BuyWell.com to be marketed and sold in select international markets exclusively on the BuyWell.com ecosystem.

Commenting on the Partnership, Evergreen Pacific CEO Robert Wilson said, "With Anahit, BuyWell.com now will have the ability to offer a wide range of private label health and wellness products containing cannabinoids, for distribution globally through the BuyWell.com ecosystem."
