Everyday Heroes Festival celebrates Earth Week with Two Million Canadians
TORONTO, April 13, 2012 /CNW/ - The 3rd annual Everyday Heroes Festival runs from April 13 - 22, 2012. New this year is a focus on climate change tackled by Canadian youth.
The 60-second silent films of 8 passionate young Canadian filmmakers will play every 10 minutes on Pattison Onestop's subway platform screens in Toronto, and every 5 minutes on screens in Ivanhoe Cambridge Shopping Centres across the country, reaching more than two million viewers a day.
"This is an important project, and I'm thrilled and honoured to be guest judge for the Everyday Heroes Festival. Movies move people to make the world a better place," states Rob Stewart (Sharkwater).
