Exchange Income Corporation Announces February 2010 Dividend
WINNIPEG, Feb. 17 /CNW/ - Exchange Income Corporation (TSX: EIF) (the "Corporation"), announced today that the Directors of the Corporation have declared eligible dividends totaling $0.13 per share for the month ended February 28, 2010, payable March 15, 2010 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 26, 2010.
The dividend is designated as an "eligible" dividend under the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any corresponding provincial legislation. Under this legislation, individuals resident in Canada may be entitled to enhanced dividend tax credits which reduce income tax otherwise payable.
