WINNIPEG , Sept. 17 /CNW/ - Exchange Income Corporation (TSX: EIF) (the "Corporation"), announced today that the Directors of the Corporation have declared a cash dividend of $0.13 per share for the month ended September 30, 2009 , payable October 15, 2009 , to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2009 .
