OTTAWA, Jun 11, 2015 /CNW/ - MHPM Project Leaders has appointed Jean-Stéphane Bédard as Vice President of its Quebec Business Unit, effective June 1.
Mr. Bédard brings over 20 years' experience in civil engineering and infrastructure in Quebec and internationally. He has led multiple municipal and transportation infrastructure projects, including the $200-million Place Bell Arena in Laval, Québec.

Mr. Bédard holds a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from Sherbrooke University, a General Management Degree from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the École Polytechnique de Montréal. He is a Professional Engineer in the Order of Engineers of Quebec and a Project Management Professional.
